Motorola launched the Moto S50 Neo in June and as promised, the brand has launched the regular version of the S50 today. The Motorola Moto S50 is powered by the Dimensity 7300 SoC, runs Android 14, comes with 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB onboard storage.

The smartphone sports a 6.36-inch 120Hz LTPO pOLED display with a resolution of 2,670×1,272 pixels, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display also has a punch-hole in the center for the 32MP selfie camera and a fingerprint reader below for biometric authentication. On the back, you get a triple-camera setup which is a combination of a 50MP primary camera (Sony IMX896, OIS), a 13MP ultra-wide-angle (123° FOV), and a 10MP telephoto (3x optical zoom, OIS) units.

The Motorola Moto S50 is equipped with a 4,310 mAh Motorola Moto S50 battery with support for 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The smartphone also has an IP68 rating. If all this sounds familiar, it’s because the Motorola Moto S50 is a version of the recently released Motorola Edge 50 Neo, with the S50 being exclusive to China and the Edge 50 Neo being targeted at international markets.

The Motorola Moto S50 comes in three Pantone-certified colors and in two memory configurations – 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB, priced at CNY 2,199 ($310/€280/INR 26,000) and CNY 2,499 ($350/€320/INR 29,550), respectively.
