Just in time for the festive season, DJI has released a major firmware update for the Air 3 dual-camera drone. The new package comes with a host of new features and comprehensive convenience improvements.You can now update the Air 3 aircraft firmware to v01.00.10.00, the DJI RC 2 remote controller firmware to v02.00.03.00, and the DJI RC-N2 remote controller firmware to v01.00.06.00.
In the meantime, the DJI Fly app can be updated to v1.12.4. But in the new Auto mode, you just frame your subject and your Air 3 automatically plans and executes the flight path. It intelligently switches between multiple perspectives and camera movements, even when shooting in action.Additionally, you can now take advantage of the digital zoom of the 24mm wide-angle lens as long as the camera is set to 12MP photo mode. An option to further increase creative photos is the ability to take panoramic photos using the 3x camera.Speaking of the new safety elements in this firmware update, you should know that visual aids can help you anticipate obstacles in all directions while flying.
